Investment Strategy

In the face of the crisis in the financial and banking sectors, and against the backdrop of near-zero rates for savers, the current UK commercial property market place provides investors with the potential for income and capital growth, non-correlated to the stock market.

The fund will target prime commercial investments that are currently let on long leases.

The fund will not utilise bank debt, reducing risk factors and the aim will be to distribute income to investors quarterly with a view to selling the investment at the next rent review date.
