Investment Strategy

The investment strategy will be to acquire a diverse range of residential and commercial property within the UK. Working with receivers, insolvency practitioners, liquidators and bank recovery departments, auction houses and professional introducers.

Acquisitions will also be made from the secondary market at a discount to their market value. This will include distressed sellers where the vendor requires a quick sale. These properties will be acquired on their potential to achieve capital growth over the 3-5 year life.
