We have established one of the very best property investment teams in the UK, which is complimented by an Advisory Panel consisting of the most respected individuals in their professions.

We raise equity for our projects from SIPP/SSAS and Private Investors, with a target Internal Rate of Return to our investors of 15 per cent per annum.

Our Key skill is to source property off market in the 3m -10m price range and we are targeted to complete 3 transactions per year.
 
We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with investors and their advisors and our ability to act quickly in the marketplace.

The vast majority of our investors have been introduced to our company either by referral or recommendation and we continue to expand our network of Financial Advisors, Accountants and Wealth Managers.
